Refund policy
We are deeply saddened that you don't love your new item from us, but we understand that sometimes not everything is rainbows and butterflies, although it should be.
Due to the nature of our small business, we offer 12 days to exchange an item or receive store credit from the date that you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging + include all tags on items of apparel. Regular priced items ONLY!
Due to hygienic reasons, several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged: SOME bodysuits, beauty products, lingerie, earrings.
*We also do not accept gift card returns for cash.

For online orders :
To complete your exchange, we require your order # in email format to HELLO@Uni-Koncept.com You will then receive an RA# that you have to write on your shipping bag OR inside of the package before shipping back.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your email, OR a new item will be shipped to you as per your request.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Gift Cards:
Gift Cards never expire. We are not responsible for lost or stollen cards.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: (address to be provided once we receive your email request)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Must use a trackable shipping service. Otherwise, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
